Hey. So, this is a tutorial for basic model swapping. For starters, what it does is basically replacing a character's model with another one. Shall we begin?
Step 1.First, you have to know the model you're going to replace. For this tutorial, we will replace 2NRT (Naruto from Storm 2) with 2SSK (Sasuke from Storm 2). To do this, we gotta find Sasuke's model. Free battle models are mostly on the SPC folder. Go to your "spc" folder (it's located in data1.cpk/data/spc) and search for a file called 2sskbod1.xfbin. 
Step 2.
After you find it, create a new folder called "spc" in "data_win32" (located in the root folder of S4). Copy 2ssxbod1.xfbin to that folder. 
Step 3.After you've copied it, rename it to 2nrtbod1.xfbin (which is Naruto's model). 
Step 4.Now, our final step. Open HxD (or the Hex Editor of your preference) and press "Ctrl+R". It'll open the replace window. In the upper field write 2ssk, and in the second one, write 2nrt. After that, press "replace all". After you've done that, you may notice that there is a lot of red text. That is just text that has been replaced. It'll have replaced all the mentions of 2ssk to 2nrt. Save the file, and now we're ready to test it ingame. 
Step 5.If you did it right, you may notice that when you choose Naruto (S2) in free battle, Sasuke's model will appear instead of him!  |

not sure if it is possible in uns1 to mod it like s3 and above so it could be the cause

This method working for me with UNS:R-4, but not working with UNS1. Modders (who can succesfully swaping models and even port models from other Storms in UNS1) told me that UNS1 working differently and there is another method of swapping. They invite me to modders discord, but my English is very shitty and I think that my presence in discord will only angry people, because of language difference. And because of that I trying to ask someone about text/video tutorial of UNS1 swapping. |

Hello people, how are you? I'm Lateralus and I'd like to see if you can help me. What I would like to know is how to replace or change the characters in the story mode, in the video scenes.
I use this video as an example:
And if I wanted to use mods as they are in the video (sakura and naruto pre gaiden), how do I do it?

well....i trybto swap nagato with Kabuto sage mode in UNSR, the model is not crash the game but just turn invisible, please help
